My experience with Sam and CJ was amazing!! This was my first time purchasing a car on my own. I don't know if they could tell I was nervous, but they were especially nice. I was a bit anxious about driving in the snow, so Sam gave her cell number to text her whether or not I would make it to the appointment. I did reschedule for a later time, but I thank Sam for giving me her cell phone number. That personal touch goes above and beyond what I expected. CJ was very patient with me. His jokes were funny, he was very informative, and he's easy on the eyes. Not a bad combo in my honest opinion. I didn't feel pressured to buy the car, in fact CJ worked with me and my budget. Today was our first visit to Toyota of Wallingford and it will not be our last. As soon as we walked through the door we were being asked if we needed help. Everyone was so friendly. We couldn't speak highly enough of car dealer, Dan Roberts. He was very professional and laid back at the same time which our experience so much more at ease. He listened to what we were looking for in a car and what options we were interested in and very knowledgeable about the cars we questioned him about. He went out of his way to work with us and and got me into my very first Toyota that met our pricing limit. I bought a used Nissan for from them. The sales experience was ok. I called them about the car and talked to Dan who did everything that he could in order to help so I would highly recommend him. They also got my financed which was also a big plus. Where I feel that they failed was in the details and cleaning if the car. They know I was coming for two weeks and they still did a horrible job. I was hoping to see a very clean and nicely detailed car but instead I found dirt all over the inside, little pieces if potato chip in the back and it looks like someone spilled coffee or soda in the center console. I wish who else they had clean the cars take pride in they job. So needless to say I buy the car but have spent hours cleaning it which I find very disrespectful to me as they costumer. I just wish everyone could be as hard working as dan. More

We went to Toyota looking to trade in a car and lease 2 cars. I don't like dealerships because it feels like they are trying to scam you out of your money. My experience was not totally awful, but it wasn' cars. I don't like dealerships because it feels like they are trying to scam you out of your money. My experience was not totally awful, but it wasn't great. Our sales rep was wonderful, friendly and worked hard to fit us into the cars we wanted. The actual buying part had some glitches that made Toyota look bad but for the most part they fixed it and we left satisfied. I would recommend the dealership to someone looking to get a Toyota. More
