Excellent, as usual. I had the misfortune to have my left front tire run over a rather tiny piece of metal that punctured the tire causing a leak. I didn't know it was goi I had the misfortune to have my left front tire run over a rather tiny piece of metal that punctured the tire causing a leak. I didn't know it was going down until my dash light informed me of the low tire as I was sitting in the drive thru lane of a restaurant at 4:30 in the afternoon. By the time I got my order, the tire was nearly flat. I pulled over into a parking slot there and called Dahl Ford service department and spoke to Ian. Haas. He gave me the phone #s I needed for Ford Emergency Road Service and also gave me the last 8 digits of my vehicle VIN, which I was going to give to the people at Ford Emergency Road Service. Within 45 minutes of my call to Ian H., Ford had sent a man to change my tire, do the 'paperwork', and send me on my way. I even had enough time to take the tire over to Dahl Ford to get it in for repair before they closed. I have a 3rd party service that I purchased through Dahl Ford called NitroFill that puts a mixture of nitrogen and oxygen in your tires that keeps the pressure stable all year round; with free checkups every month. Also, they (NitroFill) provide road hazard coverage on your tires with free tire repair (if repairable), or 40 to 50% of the cost of a new tire. Since this tire had unfortunately been repaired once before, it was deemed to dangerous to repair a second time. So I needed a new tire that cost $250, but was reduced to $150 under the road hazard warranty. While it is never pleasant to have a flat and also replace the tire too, Ian and Dahl Ford service dept made it much less painful. It took one extra day to find the right tire for my 2017 Fusion, but all is well now. More
