Gregg Williams at Capital GMC Buick Cadillac

I purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape Titanium.
My salesman was a great guy, very informative and helpful, no sales pressure, Gave me the time to make up my own mind and I really appreciated that. I put a lot of research time into buying this vehicle and I have to say that it was the best deal I could find by a significant amount. The whole experience was awesome, great place to shop for a vehicle, great salesman, and an awesome deal, need I say more?

Oh and I will be buying my next vehicle here as well, this is my second vehicle purchased here, great experiences both times.

I had purchased a new vehicle from a different local dealership last year. Our family was going to be getting bigger sooner than expected and we needed a larger vehicle. My wife had purchased a used car from Capital a few months earlier and we had a very good experience so it was an easy choice to go back there for our new car. We used the same salesman and he was more than helpful in giving us all the options possible for what we needed and to stay within our budget. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.

I was very very impressed with the service I received at Capital. Gregg Williams was a fantastic sales person. I told Gregg roughly what I was looking for and he had a variety of vehicles for me to test drive. I had Jona as my finance person and he went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. These guys were absolutely fantastic. I will definitely go back to Capital!!

Buying a car from Capital GMC Buick Cadillac was an excellent experience for me. Gregg's no pressure sales approach was refreshing. He was very helpful in finding me a car in the price point I requested. Gregg always made himself available for any questions that I may have had. Never did I feel rushed into making a decision. Also, the selection of vehicles at Capital cannot be beat. I would definitely purchase my next car from Gregg at Capital!

I really enjoyed dealing with Capital. It was by far the least pressure sales of any dealership we visited. Gregg listened to what I wanted and found the best vehicle for me on my first visit. He didn't try to pressure me when I said I wanted to go to other dealerships as I didn't want to buy the first car I drove. I went to multiple other dealerships, told them the vehicle specs and price and asked if they could beat it. Nobody could. The finance guy, Matt, was great to deal with too. No pressure on the extended warranty, but did show me the options when I asked. I even had to bring my young nephews along and both Gregg and Matt were very nice to them. Gregg even made sure to fix the tiny little things that bugged me about the car (that really are part of buying a used vehicle) before I took it home. Great service, great customer care, great price, great vehicle.
