Our salesman Greg Mcclarin was the best. He fought until he got us the best possible deal on not one, but two vehicles! I bought a 2024 GMC Terrain, and my husband bought a 2023 GMC Sierra 1 He fought until he got us the best possible deal on not one, but two vehicles! I bought a 2024 GMC Terrain, and my husband bought a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 truck. Greg was so patient and understanding, that it was hard to believe he was a salesman. Buyer beware! !!!! We purchased a 2021 Chevy Malibu on February 9, 2023 from Cronic Chevrolet in Griffin from salesman Gary and this has turned out to be the worst !!!! We purchased a 2021 Chevy Malibu on February 9, 2023 from Cronic Chevrolet in Griffin from salesman Gary and this has turned out to be the worst experience ever. One week after having the car it stalled in the middle of the road when my son was driving it and he could have been killed in the vehicle. It is a major safety hazard. We thought it might be the battery and then two weeks later the check engine light comes on in the vehicle so we took it back to Cronic Chevrolet dealership for service and they told us 9 different codes came up including a bad fuel pump and that it is covered by the factory warranty but the part is on back order and they have no idea when the part will be available. We have not had the car 30 days yet and it is already deemed a safety risk to drive. The car is still at their shop. We are required to make payments on a vehicle that we can't drive and that is sitting at the dealership. I tried to get help with a loaner caring, a rental car or something until the part comes in from the salesman Gary, General manager Jon Hansen and the assistant manager George Woodall that they can't do anything to help us or provide us with any vehicle to drive until this issue is resolved. I find it very difficult to believe that none of these issues presented themselves prior to this vehicle being sold. GM only reimburses for $46/day for a rental car and no rental companies have any cars less than $69/day. It is very frustrating to buy a car and not be able to drive it and not get any help from the dealership that sold it to you.. We might as well went to a buy here pay here if we wanted to buy a lemon. It is very disheartening and disappointing what we have gone through. I would hope that Cronic would want to rectify this situation since an unsafe vehicle was sold by their dealership. More
