Disappointed twice. First time (summer 2018) after routine headlight bulb replacement, had to replace bulb again after a few months. Upon lifting the hood, I found twice. First time (summer 2018) after routine headlight bulb replacement, had to replace bulb again after a few months. Upon lifting the hood, I found the cap for the headlight receptacle wedged under the hood. Clearly it was not replaced, and possibly caused premature wear of bulb. Second time (Dec. 2018) after routine oil change, and after asking the desk to please monitor the work to ensure its completeness, car is returned and I noticed fresh oil puddle on my garage floor and on my asphalt driveway. Oil change was sloppy and left dripping oil on my garage and driveway. I went back to service center for a safety check, and was told there is no issue, it was just 'residual oil' from the oil change. I expect better service. I don't expect to have to clean up after my service. I can't wait to repair the asphalt driveway after the oil is done eroding it in that spot. More
