She was understanding when my insurance company was not responsive, guiding me through what the process typically looks like from her experience. I’m a full time working parent that doesn’t have the luxury of stopping everything in my life to have service done on my car Ginny was empathetic to this and was able to provide me with a loaner car from the dealership which made day to day life manageable.
