I have given the highest rating possible as all of the people I dealt with at the dealership were accommodating, very personable, and able to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicles, financing, and service. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. The sales staff, especially Keith Allan, are not at all pushy instead very helpful. Westgate Chevrolet will be my first stop the next time I am in the market for a vehicle purchase

Would recommend this dealership because Keith and Gary were very professional, knowledgeable,and best of all not pushy! Went in looking for a Camaro, we weren't familiar with the various trim lines on the Camaro, but had all our questions answered.
We had come in twice early in the week, and then back on the Friday evening ( another bonus, as all the other dealerships in the area were closed) and spent a couple of hours looking and test driving. We left at closing time, went to window shop at another dealership down the road, and returned about half hour after closing time to look at the selection at Westgate. Keith saw us looking at the Camaro's, and took the time to answer our additional questions- much appreciated and not expected on our part- as the dealership was closed. We returned on Saturday morning to test drive another Camaro, the one we had thought we would buy, and found it didn't quite suite our needs. We talked to Keith about the convertible option, and once again he answered all our questions. At that point we asked for a price on the car, he gave us one and we wanted to go and think about it. We felt no pressure, and came back in a couple of hours to sign the deal. All very quick and efficient, but again, not rushed or pressured. Also dealt with Brent ( finance) for a short time, as this was a cash deal, he too was very friendly.
Came back on the following Monday evening to pick up our new purchase. Gary took the time to go through the vehicle step by step. We appreciated the relaxed, but professional approach at Westgate. Very impressed with the attention to detail in this whole process.

From the test drive, to the pick-up of my new Equinox, everything was fully explained to me. Any questions I had where promptly answered or I was shown how to use what ever it was I had a question about. I have dealt with Westgate several times in the past and the experience gets better every time.

Gary gave us exceptional service. We purchased 8 vehicles from him over the last 4 years and were very pleased with the followup that he did.
