Jake and BJ were so wonderful. My son had an engine replaced and when we got the car back we were having a problem with the battery. They asked no questions and made it right. i had a problem with the oil change. Was putting plugs in it on 4/8/23 and checked the oil and it was a quart low. I am not happy with that. Had my truck towed to the service Dept on 3/3/23. Called the following day and they told me that Curtis was my advisor and that he would reach out. 4 days later at 3 am I received a text that my vehi Called the following day and they told me that Curtis was my advisor and that he would reach out. 4 days later at 3 am I received a text that my vehicle was being looked at they would get back to me. Thursday Night 3/9'/23 at 10:23pm I received a call from Curtis my technician that my truck won't be looked at till Monday bc they don't work weekends. So now it will be 10 days and 2 weeks of me paying for rental car now costing $588.00 just to get my truck looked at!!! Communication is horrible. This is not customer service... More

Best dealership I have delt with for years. There caring for my unit and the way they go out of there way to adjusting to my schedule and needs including up grades I request is fantastic.. I had a routine service done for an oil change and tire I had a routine service done for an oil change and tire rotation. I was advised that I had an air bag recall and it had to be completed immediately. I had a routine service done for an oil change and tire rotation. I was advised that I had an air bag recall and it had to be completed immediately. When my truck was returned my interior was covered in freeze and my dash had been cracked. They sadly attempted to clean it up which just smeared it around which I didn’t notice until the next day which is when I also found my truck was leaking oil on my driveway that was from my oil filter not being properly installed. It was loose. I made another appointment to have everything fixed and was advised that it would be 100% taken care of which was false. I was then told that I would receive compensation if not through a few services which was false. Then my advisor told me that the service manager told him that he could not help me and I had to accept the truck as is. So I asked if the broken dash would Depreciate the value of my truck and he said he couldn’t answer that 🙄. Sad customer service. If it wasn’t for keeping my warranty I would never use their poor customer service again. Thank you More
