I have never witnessed worse handling of service issues than I have at this dealership. Buying a car is just one part of the process - where you actually need to have a good experience is the lifetime of s than I have at this dealership. Do not buy a car from McCluskey expecting to have that smooth experience. My girlfriend has a ‘22 Chevy Trax that has inexplicably spent almost more time at this dealership than it has in our possession. Most recently, among myriad other issues, the transmission failed in a parking lot, preventing us from being able to shift into drive, reverse, or park. Upon having it towed to the dealer, they refused to give a loaner or accurately inform us of Chevrolet’s rental policy (don’t let them fool you, call Chevy corporate - they will offer you a daily stipend for a rental and inform you of the policy). This is the 5th time the car has been in for service this year, with the first 4 times being due to the service department’s incompetence. Furthermore, they sent us a video from the service tech that completely ignored the actual problem, insisting we buy a $300 battery to simply be able to diagnose the issue. Operating with the lack of care, humanity, and understanding this service department shows is honestly commendable. I simply don’t think I could run a business this way if I tried. Do not expect to be listened to, do not expect to be treated as an equal, and most certainly do not expect to be treated with integrity. You will be nickled and dimed every step of the way. I called to set up an appointment for Air Conditioner to be service because it shut off on high speed. I got an appointment Thursday July 11th. I brought my car in Wednesday evening because I work Thursday be service because it shut off on high speed. I got an appointment Thursday July 11th. I brought my car in Wednesday evening because I work Thursday morning. My technician was Dylan Hoffman. Dylan told me that a diagnostic test would be done and he would call me Friday July 12th with the results. He didn't call so I called him Monday July 15th. He told me that the mechanic hadnt looked at my car yet because the diagnostic machine was broke and he wasnt sure when it would be fixed. He also said the mechanics were doing oil changes or working on cars that had been there for a while. Dylan sent me a text Thursday 18th at 4:44pm saying the mechanics will try and look at my vehicle Friday July 19th or early next week. He also let me know he'll be on vacation and Tiffany will be overseeing his tickets if I have any questions. So being frustrated I drove to Mccluskey to speak to the service manager on the 19th. I spoke to Gary Dozier and I believe he looked in the profile and realized that I shouldnt have had to wait 8 days without a loaner car and my car should have been fixed by now. because when I see this repair only took about 4 or 5 hours, I should have had my car back to me that Thursday July 11 or Friday the 12th BECAUSE I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 10:45 Thursday the 11th. I had to rent a car from July 16th thru July 22nd because I had to get work and I was never offered a rental or loaner from your technicians. To make this right, I should be reimbursed $376.49 for the rental. More

long story short bought a used car with them was told it was covered under warranty right away even though it had aftermarket parts installed anyways the car felt a little funky at the beginning but they re was covered under warranty right away even though it had aftermarket parts installed anyways the car felt a little funky at the beginning but they reassure everything was fine and inspected and covered under warranty giving that the car was a 2019 with 17k miles couple days later the motor went out supposedly it wasn't covered for another month they made me wait 2 months for the car to even get pulled in to be checked didn't provide rental at all and also when they did get it was told lies about what I needed and was just trying to upsell me more stuff than what I actually needed after a 3 month wait car was finally ready after going over invoice they completely lied about what was installed specially when they said they had replaced the aftermarket turbo to a stock one possibly to void my warranty later when i would come back for future repairs anyways i took it home and on the way home I noticed it was smoking so I called was told it was just residue and also the car still wasn't running perfectly couple weeks passed and I took it to another shop to verify work done to work and was told that they lied also the car was leaking oil i was like that's not possible I was told they was replacing the motor etc etc turns out they took it apart and replaced the one part that was bad instead and left it leaking after I notify and confronted them they brush me off and told me I had to wait more than 30 days for them to inspected because there mechanic who did was on vacation when they did check it they said oh no we didn't touch that leaking part when I did research and asked the other dealership and mechanics they advice to take them to court because they flat out lying ended up taking the car back home couple days later car catches on fire 🔥 fire department determine it was from the bad oil leak of the so called engine replacement they did they never owned up to anything worse experience ever the only person that was helpful was the sales person other than that I wouldn't buy another car from them More
