I felt like my issues were dismissed and not prioritized. Came in with my car making a whistling/chain sounds as I’m driving/accelerating; was told issue was cause the car has a CVT transmission and it was n Came in with my car making a whistling/chain sounds as I’m driving/accelerating; was told issue was cause the car has a CVT transmission and it was normal. I’ve yet to see another 2024 or newer Nissan of any model make the same noise as driving. More

I used to love this place with fast scheduling service and late night appointments. Can’t get an oil change for over three weeks! We have a car under warranty from a new car purchase with McCluskey. The salesman told us even when traveling that Chevrolet dealerships would be able to get us in on short notice, yet it takes 3 weeks to McCluskey. Do NOT take your vehicle in for service here. Mike was my service advisor and was completely unresponsive. They kept my truck for 7 days. I called numerous times a day and could not get ahold of Mike was my service advisor and was completely unresponsive. They kept my truck for 7 days. I called numerous times a day and could not get ahold of anyone to give me an update on the status of my vehicle. Finally after going up there my service advisor calls me the next day and tells me my vehicle is ready to be picked up. Was told my TCM needed to be reprogrammed and it was fixed and they could not duplicate the problem anymore. As soon as I drove it off the lot I noticed that the issue my vehicle was having had not been fixed. I called the service manager on day shift, left a message and still haven’t heard anything back from them. Do not spend your money here. More

Service department sucks. Very poor communication. I will would not recommend anyone to use the service department. My transmission went out on my 2018 Tahoe. My car was towed Very poor communication. I will would not recommend anyone to use the service department. My transmission went out on my 2018 Tahoe. My car was towed on 1/19/2025. I got it back on 3/24/2025. I had to call and text my advisor multiple times with little to no answer. I left messages for the service manager. Crickets. When the truck was ready l got a text with no call. I finally went to pick up my vehicle not knowing what my bill was going to be because my advisor never called me back. Tracy in service with another person did help me out. This was a very poor experience. I had not had the vehicle a year and feel l inherited someone else's problems. More
