Gary Ball at Westgate Chevrolet

I was dealing with another employee at Westgate who unfortunately became ill during the buying process. Nancy stepped in to assist during that employees absence and was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not want to change individuals again regarding the purchase and suggested to Nancy that I would prefer if she could finish the process to insure continuity. Despite the fact that she is neither in the new car department or the fleet department the process went swimmingly and she was professional every step of the way and the buying experience was as pleasant as can be. I'm sure she also had some help from the always professional Gary Ball. Quick trip through the business office with Brent Bowes and i was out the door. Thanks to all of you for your help with this purchase.

All the employees I have met have been truly wonderful to me and my family each and every time we have visited Westgate. Stephen has kept us informed of any upcoming sales or events. I truly feel welcome when visiting or calling Westgate. I have recommended family members to visit and see if they get approved for a new or used vehicle. I highly recommend Westgate to all friends. :)

I have purchased 2 trucks at The Chevy Farm. From the first time I was there I felt comfortable. Art was very helpful with finding the right trucks, and getting me a good trade in on my first truck I bought from him. Gary was very helpful in getting me financed. No high pressure tactics. A refreshing chance from other dealers I went to. I will recommend Westgate Chev to anyone I know is looking for a car.

I was referred to Westgate Chevrolet by my boss who happens to know Gary Ball- she promised that if I went to see Gary I would have a great experience- which I did! I needed to go to Westgate Chevrolet at a time that Gary wouldn’t be able to be there, so he told me to ask for Keith Fuhr- and promised me that he would take care of me. I generally dislike going to car dealerships because I’ve had negative experiences in the past. The minute I sat down with Keith he made me feel comfortable. He was super friendly and took the time to get to know me and what my needs were. Keith was very patient and went through multiple options with me, because I hadn’t yet decided exactly which truck I wanted. I never once felt pressured and I felt like I was speaking to someone I had known for a long time and that I could trust. Keith found me a fantastic truck which was exactly what I wanted both on the interior and exterior- and most importantly it fit within my budget which I was very happy about. Once I purchased the vehicle Keith went through everything with me- including the Onstar and setting up my Bluetooth, I didn’t feel rushed. My boyfriend and I were very impressed with Keith and it was a very positive experience. In addition to great customer service by Keith, the financing person- Patti Kehoe was excellent. She was very thorough when explaining the warranties and packages and I didn’t feel pressured. I would definitely recommend Westgate Chevrolet to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a great price and fantastic customer service with an efficient team of staff who make you feel comfortable. I have dealt with Gary Ball before on the Lease of a Blazer. I approached him because I know him and often visit with him when I visit the Dealership. When we decided to purchase a new Orlando he said he would handle it and did in an efficient manner and with attention too all the necessary details.

When the vehicle arrived at the Dealership he arranged the Delivery for us and due too the fact that he was leaving the day of the Delivery he turned the actual delivery and turnover too Stephen Kennedy. We had never met Stephen however we were very pleased with the thoroughness and detail provided on the orientation process! Stephen was most courteous and attentive too all our questions and concerns.

The overall experience in acquiring this vehicle was in keeping with our many previous experiences in purchasing and servicing vehicles from this Dealership. I would not consider dealing elsewhere!

The staff at Westgate, from the owner Gord Gent down the line and including Earl Wong, Patti Kehoe, Colin Heisler, Gary Ball and Stephen Kennedy as well as others whose names I cannot remember, are second too none!! They recognize their loyal customers and treat us like family.

3 years ago I bought a used Avalanche at Westgate from Gary Ball. During that time if I ever had a question about the vehicle or service Gary would always have time to talk to me and help me out. If I needed an oil change or service work, Daralyn in the service department was outstanding in looking after the vehicle in a timely manner and keeping the costs low. The service dept. did an awesome job in looking after my vehicle. I have just purchased a new Avalanche at Westgate from Gary Ball. I am so impressed with Westgate as a dealer and Gary Ball as a sales person that I have told many of my friends about Gary and I know they have also purchased vehicles from him. That is the best advertising there is. Thank you Gary and Westgate for making it easy to recommend you to my friends.

I have purchased 3 cars from Westgate Chev and have wonderful service. The body shop does an awesome job (rear ended a truck and they made it look like new) the service department is super friendly and helpful. Gary Ball is who I was helped by for my first new vehicle and I liked him so much the next two vehicles I bought were also from him. Thank Gary my car rocks! Thanks Westgate for keeping service cost low and for speedy service! Can't wait to see you in the spring !

I purchased a vehicle from Gary Ball yrs ago and have just recently gone into see him again. The friendly non aggressive style of saleman is what has me coming back a second time. My frist vehicle I bought was used and I had no problems with it in the three years of owning it. I expecially liked the help he would give me with any serviceing needs i would have. Post purchase i felt comfortable enought to call him and ask if his advice about winter tires or types of oil I should use.

This was our third time shopping for a new vehicle via a Lease or Sale and again found the Service outstanding. This time my wife was primary user and Gary was able to identify her specific vehicle requirements and sourced the vehicle promptly. We had done some shopping around so we knew the price was competitive. The Service Dept has always been fair so with this trust level, we both highly recommend Gary and Westgate to our friends and associates.
