Enjoyable Experience - No pressure We were out shopping around at different dealerships for a new vehicle, we made a call to Fred Lesmeister, told him we were out looking at different v We were out shopping around at different dealerships for a new vehicle, we made a call to Fred Lesmeister, told him we were out looking at different vehicles and said we were going to stop by. He referred us to Wayne. Wayne sent us a text right away, we were on our way to see him and he was ready for our arrival. Wayne took the time to listen to what we wanted or looking for, not what he might have wanted to sell us. That right there to us is an excellent sales person. Usually one is a little skeptical of sales people for the reason they are a "typical sales person".. Not Wayne, we were so pleased with the number of vehicles he showed us for the many times we changed our minds in what we thought we were looking for. Took them for test drives, got back and realized we would like different options, Wayne would find another one for us to test drive! We made our purchase of a vehicle we are very happy with and no pressure from our sales person, Wayne Vansevenant. All the vehicles we have ever purchased never, ever did the sales person call us within in a couple days to say "Hi, how are you liking your new vehicle? Everything is okay?". Never. To us, this is a person who cares about the people he sells to. We had an awesome experience with Wayne, we had a great afternoon with him and we will highly recommend him to any of our friends looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thanks to Fred Lesmeister for explaining all of the options in our vehicle, how to use them on our day of pick up. AND for the referral to Wayne, otherwise we may not have had such a great experience with a major purchase..... Our Dodge Ram Truck! We love it. More

Wayne was excellent & went way beyond a salespersons required service. I felt I got a fair trade in value & reasonable price for the new truck. He coordin was excellent & went way beyond a salespersons required service. I felt I got a fair trade in value & reasonable price for the new truck. He coordinated all staff required to move everything from my old truck to my new one & get 5th wheel hitch & other accessories moved over @ an offsite location. He has promised to follow up on a few items that are back ordered, incorrect, or custom ordered. We have become good friends & he may even hand deliver items! More

Service Appointment I dropped off the 2014 Jeep Wrangler on Thursday, January 29 in the morning to get 3 items fixed and I just have to write about my GREAT experience. I dropped off the 2014 Jeep Wrangler on Thursday, January 29 in the morning to get 3 items fixed and I just have to write about my GREAT experience. I got a Text message reminding me about my service, a text message asking if I have any questions while my vehicle is being serviced, free coffee in the waiting area, and even free WiFi. All items got fixed ahead of schedule and the person who shuttled me to work even called my Cell phone early to see if I wanted a ride back to get the Jeep (which was great, so was able to pick up my kids from Daycare on-time) . The reception desk was very friendly as I was walking around the showroom looking at vehicles and drinking free coffee. I explained to John and Fred what my issues were with the Jeep and they were able to fix everything, as they always do. Also, I bought some items in parts and Chad was great, he even gave me a few free Mopar off-road calendars (which is awesome). I am going to give these calendars to my Jeep buddies on the weekend and let them know they were from Finch. Once again... This dealership is recommended to anyone. More
