Acura MDX Good Dealer Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted by a lovely woman at the receptionist desk who was friendly and introduced us quickly to our salesman Fr Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted by a lovely woman at the receptionist desk who was friendly and introduced us quickly to our salesman Fred Hill. We had just left Tri-County Lexus where we purchased a vehicle from 6 years ago. We were disappointed with the lack of space in the RX 350 and decided to compare it to the Acura MDX. We were pleasantly surprised by how much more space we gained with the MDX. Fred listened to what we wanted in a certified pre-owned vehicle and found us a 2017 Acura MDX Technology package with low mileage. After test driving the vehicle, we noticed the front bumper being slightly out of alignment on the left side of the vehicle. The vehicle had no accidents reported on Car Fax. We brought this to Fred and Anthony's (the manager) attention. We were about to leave to go to Wayne Acura, but Fred and Anthony assured us that they could fix the minor cosmetic bumper alignment and give us a good price on the vehicle. The vehicle at Wayne had the same mileage but was a standard model so no tech package. Anthony made us a fair trade in offer on our car and came down a little on the price of the MDX, so we decided to move forward with a credit check. We had excellent credit scores and knew what we wanted to spend in both the total of the loan and the monthly payment. Next, we were introduced to the business manager Luis Mendez who spent a lot of time trying to find us the best rate possible. I was really thinking we were going to finance through our own credit union, but after negotiating we came to a good interest rate with 3.49 financing for 72 months. We could have done the 1.99 financing for 60 months, but for budgeting purposes (we have to pay for monthly childcare) we decided to go with 72 months. We also made sure we got the gap insurance. Overall, as we drive home in our certified pre-owned Acura MDX, we are very satisfied with the service we received. They filled up the gas tank and topped off all fluids. They worked with us on the interest rate, trade in value, and price of the vehicle...so we are very happy with everything. Fred was full of personality and had a great laugh. He was also a pleasure to do business with. We are very pleased and would buy from this dealership again in the future. More

They all really went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and worked with my numbers. Fred got me what I wanted, also explained to me how the car works etc... I still bother him if I have any questions or anything. Hamad spent hours with me explaining everything to me, answerint all my questions and I still reach out to him and he answers me and helps me out with whatever I need. Hamad really went above and beyond. Of course as well as Anthony he made sure everything worked out with me also worked out my numbers. I really appreciate everything you guys did. Love ya's More
