My husband and i bought out the lease on our 2006 4-runner and bought a new 2011 4-runner because we both really enjoy the 4-runner, but we went back to toyota of wallingford because of the service t 4-runner and bought a new 2011 4-runner because we both really enjoy the 4-runner, but we went back to toyota of wallingford because of the service they have provided to us over the past 5 years. Frank was the salesman whom we worked with and he was very patient/helpful in helping us figure out how we could buy out a lease and buy a new car with a set amount of money. We did not want to lease again and frank checked with the finance dept to find out how much the buyout on our lease was and that helped us decide how much to put down on our new car. Frank spent several hours working with my husband and myself until we were satisfied with the cost of both cars, at all times Frank was friendly/patient/honest with us. John was also quite helpful in going over our finances and helping us understand the paperwork especially with the lease we bought out. Their Internet sales department was quick to provide quote for the car I wanted with all additional information in record time. our sales guy, Frank Pagliuca treated us with utmost respect and took time to understand our needs. although, they did not have the car i wanted in stock......I still got what I wanted and in the price range I wanted it as well and the timeframe wanted it in. The overall experience was pleasent. Frank Pagliuca is the reason why i keep going back to Toyota Wallingford. Him and the finance dept. should feel proud for the situation i was in untill they helped me get out of it. I have had three friends go there on my reccomendation and all three have come home with a toyota completely satisfied! My most recent visit there was 3/22/10, in which I was there for service and ended up browsing the lot and needless to say my husband and I came home with a new car.
