Terrible response from dealership. Multiple issues fell on deaf ears and suggested that I don’t have the issues reported not only to the dealership, but also the service department Bad Multiple issues fell on deaf ears and suggested that I don’t have the issues reported not only to the dealership, but also the service department Bad cylinder head , leaking oil pan numerous electrical issues still unresolved. Wayne was great, Frank not so much. Nice guy at first but would not even negotiate off of MSRP. Tried playing games, showing me KBB numbers with features not included on the car I was looking to purchase. Fe would not even negotiate off of MSRP. Just proves how you should always cross-shop. More
