After having my car totaled in an accident, I went to Biggers Mazda not knowing exactly what I wanted. The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing or pushy. He was understanding and respectful of my time and my situation. He went out of his way to try to find me the vehicle that I wanted and ultimately sold me one that I'm VERY excited about and happy with. The manager was also very personable and respectful and never felt us feel pressured or insignificant. This is the third vehicle that I've bought from Biggers Mazda and fifth from the Biggers family of car dealerships and I've never been disappointed. More

My experience at Biggers Mazda helped make my first car purchase easy and relaxing. After test driving the Mazda 3-5 door, I knew that it was going to be the car that I was going to purchase. Franco was very helpful in making sure that my experience was both informative and stress-free. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on their lot and helped me in making my choice of car. He was very friendly and made my first car-buying experience great! He made sure to sit down in the car with me and show me all of the features and how to use them. He was also very helpful in setting up my bluetooth device to sync with my new car! :) He made me feel very comfortable in making a very important decision, almost like he was an old friend. I was pleased with the pricing of my car and the deal that they made with me for my previous vehicle, that I traded in. I love my new Mazda and I was so pleased with my experience at Biggers Mazda. The staff was kind and friendly and it was very evident that they wanted our business together to be a good one, and it definitely was. On Saturday May 25, 2013 me and my husband Tad decided to visit Biggers Mazda in Elgin, IL as part of our re-search for new car. We got in little bit early (45min before opening 9:00ma) and few minutes later visit Biggers Mazda in Elgin, IL as part of our re-search for new car. We got in little bit early (45min before opening 9:00ma) and few minutes later Mr. Franco Ruffolo arrive and he immediately approach us to ensure we were not leave with out full attention from this Dealer. Our biggest surprise was when Franco was willing work with us without any hesitation before even opening. He just simple open the door early just for us. His diligent, knowledge about the car what we were interesting was presented to us with so many details - we new immediately he is high quality Sales Consultant. He is very good listener, he treat us with with dignity and respect which it is so hard to find in other Dealers. His Customer Service Experience is very valuable and it should be use as example to others! I spent months researching new cars and test drove several brands when I finally came to Biggers. Franco put me at ease immediately and set up a test drive for a Mazda CX5.
