This is THE shadiest dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!! The vehicle I purchased from here was written off and the airbags did not deploy in the accident. I was I the market for a truck and when I reached out about buying a truck they jumped into action right away, they showed me some options and I ended up buying a truck sight unseen based on the photos a about buying a truck they jumped into action right away, they showed me some options and I ended up buying a truck sight unseen based on the photos and information they gave me, they even delivered the truck to Edmonton airport for my arrival time, they even carried my bags out to my new truck, the pictures I’ve seen didn’t do this truck justice, after the truck was driven from Calgary to Edmonton I expected it to be dirty and I was fine with that, but when I walked out I was amazed! The truck was all shined up like they washed it in the parking lot, the exterior was spotless and the interior was even better, the use of protective covering in the interior was unreal, I took possession of the truck without hesitation! Who wouldn’t! It was spotless and showed better then the pictures, it drove and handled like a brand new vehicle, they did a follow up call just to ask how I liked the truck to just check in and make sure I was happy, this experience alone will definitely have me buying another vehicle from them, it was by far the easiest dealership to deal with and they will continue to get my business, I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Renfrew Chrysler in Calgary because they have an amazing team that goes above and beyond the customers needs! Also, finance guy- Art sold me extended insurance “to protect your investment” and despite the form Clearly stating I had 30 days to cancel, told me I was unable to do so two days after I signed until I called him out On it and pointed out the fine print on the form, then he proceeded to try to talk me out of cancelling. Overall, my car runs fine, I got the same trade in value I was offered from other dealerships but now that I look back after 7 months - I know I will not return to this dealership. Oil Change is also considerably over priced compared to other dodge dealership Service. More

Sales using cheap tricks from 90's just to keep you in the shop. They wouldn't give you any numbers before you sat in the vehicle at took a test drive. Sold a vehicle to this dealership, I am from out of town and as we had another appointment I offered to deliver as long as it would be quick. I had to wait for 45 minutes for him to arrive and then wait another 1/2 hour for bill of sales and then after taking my vehicle he announced I would have to to come back 2 - 3 hours later to get a cheque. This would not work for us with our appointment so he promised to courier the cheque that afternoon. They did not, I had to wait another stressful day only to find they screwed me for $75 on a $22,000.00 deal, withheld bill of sales, won’t take calls or return texts. Weird attitude for a big dealership. I’ll never buy or sell to them again. More

They showed a vehicle that was passable to Amvic and when I brought the vehicle into a private mechanic less than three months later the back breaks and rotors needed to be replaced on one side, the windshei I brought the vehicle into a private mechanic less than three months later the back breaks and rotors needed to be replaced on one side, the windsheild wiper was broken and needed to be replaced, the fuel pump was broken and needed to be replaced. When I called to ask for assistance I was ignored for a week until I told them I reached out to Amvic and then less than an hour later I was told they would fix it "if it was in fact broken". Also watch the finance lady, she offers one price and it comes up later. I was told $25k all in and it was actually much greater once the finance lady added gas charges and the wrong warranty. So watch those numbers closely as she rushes you through them and talks your head off when your trying to concentrate on it. SCAM. Also, she tells you that you cannot pay off the loan for 6 months but that is a lie. Second part was the sales person who accused me of using all of the windshield washer fluid on the test drive when I let him know it all ran out on my drive home, being accused of lying about there being someones cigarette butt in the vehicle (i dont smoke) and to leave a dealership after spending $25k and subsequently treated like garbage was a horrible feeling. Finally when I was so fed up with their garbage service and vehicle and went to trade it in at a different dealership ...there was a LIEN showing on the vehicle and when we tried to reach the finance department we were shuffled off to someone else who did not return our call. Thanks to Toyota for taking care of the issue with me because Renfrew was unprofessional and unhelpful from start to finish. Watch what you buy there as it may be very inconvenient if you want to resell the vehicle to someone else or if you want a reliable vehicle that is actually road worthy. STAY AWAY. More
