Nice experience, salesman was polite and accommodating. Parking area needs some improvement because it is difficult to find a space or turn around. I almost drove away because there were no places to park. Also I am still not convinced I have received an additional $500 for my traid in value for my old car as it was advertised on koons website. Even after I have asked about it, manager elusively was saying "what $500? Oh, yes, yes it is all there" without showing anything to prove that claim. More
