Fadi Aburuman at Bank Street Mazda

We recently purchased both a used and new vehicle from Bank St. Mazda. Fadi was very friendly and got us into our new vehicle within days. When I ran into a problem with the used vehicle Bank St Mazda did everything to ensure that the vehicle was safe and in proper running condition.

Too bad I don't need a third vehicle! I love dealing with Fadi and the rest of the Bank St. Mazda team!

I would recommend this dealership as they are very kind, good at what they do, and they rectify any issues that arise. A technician accidentally backed into something and scratched my bumper. They were very apologetic, fixed my car up in a timely manner, and it was of course free of charge. They also personally drove me to and from work right away as I worked pretty close to the dealership. Yes, scratching my bumper sucked, but it happens and they took care of it.

Fadi has a clear concept of customer service; he is friendly, a strong listener and works to make the client happy. I felt that he worked for me in terms of negotiation, balancing both the dealer and my requirements.
The service department missed a broken wiper, I called Fadi, he was great. Told me to come in, not wait too long to ensure my safety, was there when I arrived and it was taken care of quick and easy!
I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and Fadi as the Sales Rep.

Excellent service and follow through. They addressed any concerns that I had and followed through on promises made. They were willing to drop their price to meet a competitors price.

Fadi Aburuman, our sales associate, was a pleasure to deal with. He showed patience and answered all our questions very thoroughly. Took us on a test drive, and was very professional though out the purchasing process. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Mazda! Receptionist was also very courteous and professional. Finance guy seemed to be in a rush and was not overly accommodating. Other sales associates in the dealership were a mixed bag... some friendly, some not so much. Overall, a pleasant experience though.

As a first time car buyer i walked in during the summer not knowing much about what i really needed. so i had a lot of questions in general from which vehicle would best suit my needs, financing and how some of the features worked. Mr Fadi was very patient, spending much more time then for me then an average customer and was happy to do so. From helping me select a vehicle and figure out what i needed and reminding me of things to watch out for. he recommended winter tires for me and made sure i understood everything on the vehicle. by the time i was decided on the vehicle and to go along with the purchase i was given very short notice by my work that i had to leave the province. the delivery date of the vehicle was supposed to be 4 days after i left. after a quick call Mr Fadi arranged that i could pick up my vehicle the next day in the morning saving me from having to rent a vehicle and it was very appreciated on my part. Knowing that it was my first time owning a car he has contacted me after the purchase asking me if it worked out for me and reminding me of maintenance required and suggested and little tips on making my car last longer.

We were very pleased with the service and assistance we were provide by all staff, from the receptionist, to the sales staff. All were very friendly and the whole organization is very customer oriented.

The service we received from Fadi,and Eli was out standing and made our experience very positive. They were very informative, answered all our questions, and were very professional. We were not pressured at any time.

We also dealt with Moe the business manager who also was very professional, friendly and Courteous. He answered all our questions and kept us updated prior to taking delivery of our vehicle.

We also dealt with Brian the sales manager he was very friendly, polite, and courteous.

I would recommend this organization to anyone who would like to receive outstanding customer service, and a superior product.

I was very well received by the salesman (Fadi Aburuman)who asked what I was looking for in a car and what were my priorities as far as features and so on! The salesman was very friendly, patient and curtious! As I was with my 3 year old son, this complicated things, but Fadi was very nice to my son and made him feel welcomed and special! The salesman also called me a few days later to make sure that I was satisfied with the car that I purchased and asked if I had any questions regarding my new vehicle and also stated that I could call him anytime if I had any questions or needed any help! All and all I was quite satisfied with the friendly service I received and would refer the salesman to any of my friends looking to purchase a new vehicle!

Fadi is a guy easy to talk with, he has a sence of humour and i would definetely recomend him to my friends.. he got a great connection with customers
