My first experience was responding to an ad for a Jeep online priced at $32k. They would not answer any questions online, by email or text...insisting that I come in. So, I called and found out the adve online priced at $32k. They would not answer any questions online, by email or text...insisting that I come in. So, I called and found out the advertised price was $3000 more than the advertised price (CarFax). So I decided I could find a better dealer. But I kept getting emails and texts....then this guy Louis Over sends me texts and emails to let me know their "bankers" had authorized "liquidation sales". I asked if the jeep was included...he said it was.....but the only way I could find out is to come in. These guys are straight out of 1983. You cannot trust this dealership. Its a shame. I liked the jeep....I would have bought it. I just sold my company and am buying myself a toy. More

Very unprofessional. My husband was told that the truck he was looking at was still available (and they called to confirm the night before that NO ONE was interested) and that we were all set for an 11am a he was looking at was still available (and they called to confirm the night before that NO ONE was interested) and that we were all set for an 11am appointment to look at the truck and talk business. We got to the Chichester NH location and was told the truck he was looking at was in Salem NH, and was SOLD the day before (the DAY THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM IT WAS STILL AVAILABLE). They told my husband he could look at other trucks and that’s what he did. One of the trucks he looked at had a cracked grill, all had bare tires, one NO GAS (we waited 20 minutes for them to go and get gas), and the transmission was slipping through out every gear while test driving another truck. We waited over an hour to ‘get a price’ on the trucks, and walked out with frustration. They told us if we could wait 5 EXTRA MINUTES, they would get a price, again after waiting over an hour, we got a little mad, then they told us that ‘if we can’t wait five minutes then they can’t do anything for us’. They told my husband he was pre-approved before going to the location, then come to find out he wasn’t and they needed to do it again. They were putting my husband down for his job. No workers were wearing a mask, no one introduced themselves, the bigger gentleman in the corner near the garage door had his friends sitting at his desk and was yelling over them talking to my husband about the ‘deals’ they had to offer. Before leaving very frustrated asking why everything that just happened, happened, one guy worker had the nerve to say ‘nice jacket’. Over all, very unprofessional and very snobby. Highly recommend NOT shopping there. Not worth your time. It might save you an hour and a half ride to the location, like we did More
