Erwin Cenidoza at Crown Honda

I have been searching for a vehicle for two weeks. I have been to multiple dealerships and none of them were as knowledgeable and friendly as Crown Honda. You are greeted with a friendly smile once you step foot into the shop and you are immediately helped in the most respectful way possible. If the sales product advisor could not answer a question, he took the time to ask the manager and gave us a direct "Yes" or "No" answer, unlike the other dealerships who avoided the question all together and then gave us attitude for pressing for a direct answer they could not provide.

The staff at the dealership never intimidated you into purchasing a vehicle but were very genuine in wanting to help you. As crazy as it may sound, they even made the price negotiation quite entertaining and enjoyable. From beginning to end, the process was painless, prompt and accurate. I would highly recommend Crown Honda to others.

I walked into this dealership with the idea of purchasing a new CRV. I was very specific in what I wanted, what I expected as a trade-in. Erwin was the salesperson who walked me through the process. He was never pushy, never playing tricks. Friendly, professional and full of information. Thanks Erwin!
