He made sure he showed me what was in my budget, he did not try to up sale me like most dealer agents will do, and did not make me feel rushed. I come a long way, from the Canton area, and he made sure he was prepared and provided detailed information by phone when needed. Worst customer service EVER!! Bought a 30,000 dollar vehicle from them less than a yr ago that has been sitting with a blown engine for the passed 2 months. Of course I purchased their worry free warranty that is a total joke. This place only cares about the sale. They are trying to put a rebuilt engine in my car that ha 91000 miles on it.
