From the moment he contacted us on the vehicle that my wife and I had interest, we received nothing but great attitude and patience from Jo Ford NRH. From the moment he contacted us on the vehicle that my wife and I had interest, we received nothing but great attitude and patience from Joad. Always stayed in contact with us to let us know status of vehicle but never became too pushy to make a sale. Never made us feel like we were never going to find a better deal elsewhere. This purchase took a full week to make and not because of them. We wanted to make sure we were getting best deal and Joad understood that and was patient and always professional about it. Could of easily moved on to another potential customer but stuck with us. This is our 5th new vehicle purchase and by far the best experience yet. Highly recommend Joad to anyone seeking a new Ford vehicle because you will be treated awesome. More

When the insurance called and told me they were cancelling my car they gave me only 5 days to find a new vehicle and then I would be out of a rental. Crystal jumped into help me! She was able to get me a new loan before insurance had paid off my current one. I told her everything I needed and also what I wanted. She helped me find the perfect truck to fit my needs and wants all while keeping me in the price range we could afford! She did most of the deal over the phone and online. We didn’t have to sit there for hours waiting. We arrived to pick up the truck and sign paper work. They worked hard for us to get a wonderful rate and a beautiful new F150.
