Mike Castrucci Chevrolet was a great dealership in helping me purchase my 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Ed Dumont provided outstanding customer service in putting me into my new car and was the first to gre helping me purchase my 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Ed Dumont provided outstanding customer service in putting me into my new car and was the first to greet me upon my visit to this dealership. Both Ed Dumont and Richard Wilbur worked with me to get a great price on the best car in America, and a good deal on my trade in towards that car. Their body shop across from the dealership did an amazing job in fixing a small chip in the paint on the inside of the trunk lid and adjusted it so it will not happen again. During the time that the vehicle was in the body shop, they gave me a loaner car to use until the work was perfect. Rich Loomis took the time to explain all the details of the financing with me and the extended warranty I chose to add to my purchase. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in looking for a new or even used vehicle, to stop in at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet and see the employees that I did for an unbeatable experience in customer service. I live in Hamilton, Ohio, and it was well worth the drive to this dealership for the service that I received. In beginning my search for a new car, I had decided to seek another Acura or, after the auto show last February, research information on the forthcoming introduction of the Impala LTZ due out in the Sprin seek another Acura or, after the auto show last February, research information on the forthcoming introduction of the Impala LTZ due out in the Spring. I began with an Acura dealer from whom I had purchased my 2003 new. I knew how much I would pay but wanted to have them offer a trade-in value for my car which was in very good condition. The offer was half the Blue Book price because it was gold in color and not easily movedreplied the salesman. I decided to sell it myself. The salesman gave me an offer which was unacceptable. I left him and realized he had never written down my name and never followed up with a call to me to negotiate further. I detail this story to contrast it with my experience with my eventual decision to visit Mike Castrucci Chevrolet. I was introduced to Ed Dumont and told him what my purchase price had to be. I test-drove an Impala LTZ and reviewed the"extras" most of which were now standarded. Ed and the GSM met my price and began a search for the color I wanted. This took place the Friday of Labor Day weekend. The exact car was found at an out of town dealership on Tuesday. Ed had kept me updated throughout the weekend on the status of the hunt and on Tuesday informed me he had located the car and would make a round trip to Dayton on Wednesday. Wednesday afternon he called and said my car had been cleaned and ready for me to pick it up, Ed offered to instruct me on the several electonic devices in the car. I appreciated the fact that there was no haggling at any time. I will recommend any acqaintance to this dealership and Ed Dumont. This car looks luxurious and its riding comfort complements its appearance. More

I recently purchase a 2013 Malibu from Mike Castrucci Chevrolet and found the whole experience top notch. This was the first time I had to buy a car with out my husband who passed away in Feb. They did not pressure me and really work on the price. I had been to other dealerships to compare prices and found Mike Castrucci Chevrolet the best for me. My husband and I were searching for a new auto. We visited Ford, Toyota, Honda, and Chevrolet. We selected the Chevrolet Cruz. We first visited the Jeff Wyler Chevrolet dealer on Rt 32 in Batavia. visited Ford, Toyota, Honda, and Chevrolet. We selected the Chevrolet Cruz. We first visited the Jeff Wyler Chevrolet dealer on Rt 32 in Batavia. We had two salesmen that we were working with, Dave Bacca, and Greg (don't have the last name). The salesmen went to the desk with on offer we made on the car. Keith Beach, whom I presume was the sales manager, came to us and said he could not accept our offer, it is his responsibility to make sure that he make enough money on a deal to keep the lights on and pay his sales people. He abruptly rose from a sitting position, stormed away and with his back to us stated "you must not WANT to buy a car today". So unprofessional. Well this was not completely true, we were going to buy a car just not from his dealer. We proceeded to our car, Dave Bacca came out and apologized and ask us to reconsider, we made an offer to meet them half way on the deal. Dave went inside and returned and stated there was no change in their offer. We thanked him for being so helpful, but had made the decision to go to Mike Castrucci Chevrolet. On the way to the dealer I called and spoke Ed Dumont. I explained the car I was interested and inquired as to whether they had the car. Ed checked the inventory and confirmed they had the auto. I quoted Ed the numbers that represented the offer I would be making, the same offer I made Jeff Wyler. Ed agreed to discuss with his sales manager and we would meet upon our arrival to the dealer. When we arrived we were greeted professionally. The car was cleaned up and sitting in front of the showroom ready for our arrival. Ed went over the details of the car and we confirmed the car was our selection. We then proceeded to Ed's desk where we wrote up the deal, he presented the offer to the GSM, the offer was accepted. These were the same terms we offered to Jeff Wyler, there were never any harsh words from anyone in the dealership. The experience in working with this dealership was the most pleasant experience we have dealt with in purchasing an auto. Ed introduced us to the General Sales Manager Rich Wilbur, and then to the Finance Manager Rick Loomis. The GSM has a professional and knowledgeable staff. Rich made sure to let us know if we needed his assistance he was available. When making a financial decision to make a large purchase people can become overwhelmed and stressed. The staff at this dealership knows how to make you comfortable in making the decision and ensure that you are happy with your purchase. The staff listens to your needs, and what you are wanting to accomplish. They understand your service needs, and introduce you to other staff in the dealership for future needs. Rick Loomis goes over the paper work thoroughly to ensure you understand what you are signing, there are NO secrets or hidden charges. After signing papers Rich Wilbur came out of his office and spoke with us and took time to get to know us. Ed again went over the features of the car, helped me set up OnStar, and made sure I was comfortable with the features before we left the dealer. Dealing with Mike Castrucci Chevrolet was the most pleasurable experience, after 37 years of marriage, we have ever had in purchasing an automobile and their customer service is far above their competitors! More
