DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP Bought a truck from their used sales department that has transmission issues 3 months into owning it. They've "repaired" it and it continues to have i Bought a truck from their used sales department that has transmission issues 3 months into owning it. RUN AWAY ITS A NIGHTMARE! Working with this dealership has been nothing but a nightmare! Not only did they get me into a car that has issues from the moment I drove off the lot Working with this dealership has been nothing but a nightmare! Not only did they get me into a car that has issues from the moment I drove off the lot! I have been in the service department multiple times since July when I bought the car! The service center has been nothing but rude and condecending to me any time I walk in and they always try to screw me out of my warranties on my car so that I have to pay for the repairs! Then when I get into an accident come to find out my dealer put my car on limited collision coverage which violates my lien requirements and covers nothing when you get into an accident! When confronted the only thing they could say was that they weren't responsible and tht the insurance shouldn't have let them place the coverage on the car! So not only does the insurance not cover the repairs but now the dealership wont either even though it's their fault!!! $10,000 for repairs on things that don't have to be fixed necessarily!!! I'm at my wits end! I wish I could just give them the car back and walk away!!!! More

Berger is a great dealership to work with from their Service Department to their Sales Staff, I had some credit issues in the past and with the help of Jeff Mariner in their finance department I was able to get the deal done. Knowledgeable Caring Informative Duane was simply wonderful. I had no plans on purchasing a car that day. We were just looking. He did not pressure me in anyway. He took the time to explain the car and the system to purchase the car. He explained the difference between various options. He assured they are there for the customer and want to make things right. He stayed past closing to help seal the deal so I went home with the car the same day. I identified a few things after going home and we are making plans to bring it back and take care of those items. It is apparent he cares about his customers. Truly an all around a top notch great salesman. As far as finance Jeff was also very nice and helpful sticking to my proposed budget for payments. Again stayed late to seal the deal More
