I had shopped at Braman Dear Sales Manager: I want to write this letter with praise and support for your sales representative, Donna Shankman. I had shopped at Braman approximately six months ago, at the time I was interested in a fuel-efficient vehicle in a 5 Series. Although I did not purchase at that time, Donna remembered that this was my desire and when the 5 Series hybrid hit your floor she contacted me immediately and I visited the showroom within a few hours. The next day I was driving home a new beautiful BMW 5 Series. If it was not for Donna recalling my profile, I would not have purchased a vehicle. As luck would have it, I didn’t enjoy driving the car. Last Saturday at 8:30 in the morning I texted Donna and let her know that I was unhappy in the car. Within a minute she and I were talking on the phone and she reassured me that my experience with Braman would be a positive one. Within a few hours, I had not only spoken with Donna again but with one of your sales managers. We made an appointment to come back in. Donna reviewed with my wish list and came up with a few cars that fit my profile. To make a long story short, I drove home a 2012 750i Sport which I love. I want to commend your staff and Donna Shankman, in particular, for making me happy, not only once but twice, in the sales experience. I can only hope for your sake that your other salespeople are as responsive to the needs of their clients as Donna was to mine.
