Don Mast was a great help, as we were on vacation and in a time crunch. He kept in touch with us and even checked in as we were on our way home,, and it was his day off!! Thanks also to Ryan, and Amy,who helped when Don was not working. Tech Dale came in and finished the job when the part arrived, on his day off, getting us on our way home on time. The only complaint we have is that the team had no way to track the part we were waiting for. The part was supposed to arrive Friday, but did not arrive until late Saturday morning. This meant we did not know if we were going to have to make plans to stay longer until the part actually showed up. It seems odd to us that they were unable to track through FedEx or UPS. More
