The service advisors here are great to work with. The shop was extra busy and they had to keep my truck overnight, but they informed me way ahead of time and were super apologetic. I appreciated the customer service and comfy business center where I was able to work while waiting for my oil change. Don did a fantastic job articulating my needed tire patch so that I could get back o center where I was able to work while waiting for my oil change. After making an appointment 4 days in advance, and even dropping the car off an hour before my appointment time, they still waited an entire day to even look At the car. What's the point of making an appoi dropping the car off an hour before my appointment time, they still waited an entire day to even look At the car. What's the point of making an appointment? If they had looked at the car the day I had my appointment I would've had my car back in time for me to go to work. But a couple hour job took them 2-3 days. The only thing I can praise about my entire experience is the actual mechanic work. I'm just glad my car is back and my problem was fixed, and they even went above and beyond checking my diff fluid for metal particles. However the entire service part was poor. As soon as I pull up to drop off my vehicle the service guy (not the one assigned to my vehicle) told me immediately to give them a 5 star review and I haven't even given them my keys or told him what's wrong with my car. Basically, next time I have a problem with my Ford I'll take the extra 15 minutes on my drive and go to another dealership. I just want to know, what's the point of making an appointment if when I show up at my appointment time my car still has to wait in line as if I was a walk in customer? More

First time at Walker. Given the current shortage of workers everywhere, I assumed it would be at least several days before my vehicle was even looked at. I went as far as to secure a rental car for the workers everywhere, I assumed it would be at least several days before my vehicle was even looked at. I went as far as to secure a rental car for the entire week out of caution. Not only was my Explorer processed right away, it was diagnosed, fixed, and had time for an air/fuel induction service (scheduled maintenance), ALL IN ABOUT 24 HOURS. I received the phone call, assuming it was just a courtesy update, and was surprised to hear my vehicle would be ready later that afternoon. Also, Donnie stepped in for the advisor originally assigned to me (as he was out sick) and was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Can't say enough about this first experience at Walker's service department. Thank you very much and see you soon (but not too soon!). More
