I drove 90 miles after being told no problem financing a used truck. Get there took short test drive then did financing and told could not do. But wanted to push a new plain truck on me. So I previously wrote a review about the poor service and not receiving return calls...first time we took the car in for oil change and tire rotation and the next day while traveling to New Jersey we got an alert about our oil...called several times to see if we should find a Chevy dealer....no return call. Next time, I could not get my rear passenger seat belt to latch on several occasions (where I sit my grandkids and elderly parents) and was told to spray WD40 in it! Now, here we go again. So I received notification from OnStar that my navigation system was not working and I needed to take it in for upgrade/repair. I called to schedule service and was told for that service we would have to bring it in early, so I scheduled it for this morning and my husband had to inconvenience someone to pick him up at dealership at 5 am on his way to work, so they could have it all day. He called 3 times throughout the day and NEVER received a return call. When he finally got to speak to someone when on his way to pick up the Tahoe, he was told that it was not fixed, they were thinking it was electrical and since there is no warranty (2016 Tahoe with less than 40000 miles), they needed his approval for the estimate (which they still did not have). We have purchased a Tahoe and a Cruz from them in the last 3 years and they don't have the courtesy to return a call, wherewithal to fix a problem and then beyond rude when my husband shows up to pick up the vehicle. Worst mistake ever, switching from Kings Ford (AMAZING SERVICE AND SALESPERSON FOLLOW-UP from Kings Ford) to McClusky. I am SOOO DONE with dealing with these people, so I contacted corporate office and opened complaint. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED with this place! BTW, I would hate to be Karen Shepherd, every complaint that I have read, refers people to her, (including my past experience) and never shows resolution and obviously customer service is no better from the reviews I am reading! More

I will not purchase from this dealer. I will not and would not recommend this dealer for a new car purchase. The showroom is beautiful and inviting. As for sales staff, I would not recomme I will not and would not recommend this dealer for a new car purchase. The showroom is beautiful and inviting. As for sales staff, I would not recommend. For starters, I was considering the purchase of a beautiful 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. Any I do admit, I'm a very indecisive person. The sales individual was professional initially however, the was short lived. Long story short, my so called salesman, Don, was able to drive me right out of the showroom and help me make the decision to purchase another make and model of truck. I would not recommend this dealer to someone looking to purchase a new car/truck. More

Don Butts, dedicated saleman, can't redeem experience. Around 2PM I called to set up an appointment. Spoke to a lady named Hannah. She assured me the vehicle I was interested in, Stock A70885MA, ( A Scion Around 2PM I called to set up an appointment. Spoke to a lady named Hannah. She assured me the vehicle I was interested in, Stock A70885MA, ( A Scion Xb ) was there and I could see same. Made an appointment for 4:30PM with salesman Don Butts. I finished an errand early and arrived at dealership about 3:30PM. Was told by salesman car was no longer available. Asked if I would look at any other, I explained I needed a lot of room in any vehicle because of my size. Salesman was kind enough to get transportation when he noticed my trouble walking because of recent surgery. Transportation was "taken" by two young employees as salesman was talking to me about the cars at which we were looking. We walked back to showroom. There I was told computer system was down and we couldn't check on any other cars at that time. I don't like being lied to! Experience make it seem like you are desperate to just get a body in the door. The two young employees that "took" the transportation sealed the deal, what customer awareness! More

Do not do business with this dealership Worst experience of my life in dealing with car dealers. They ran my credit 5 times without my permission, oficially trashed my credit score by doing Worst experience of my life in dealing with car dealers. They ran my credit 5 times without my permission, oficially trashed my credit score by doing this and now I am left with a sub 700 credit score while trying to buy a house and have continued to get letters in the mail from more banks that they have ran my credit at. They tried to rush me in and rush me out without a proper explanation or even tour of the vehicle and the price of the car. I would have bought the car for more than the purchase price beacause it was exactly what I wanted, but upon being treated the way I was I wanted to never deal with a sleezy car salesman and his "manager" ever again. This has got to be the typical "used car salesman" lot and dealership that give them all a bad name. If their cars are anything like their service and business ethics, you will have the cazr for 3 minutes and it will break down. Rethink doing business with this company, you will regret it forever. Oh and don't forget about the fact that I have been trying to reach them for the past 3 days without a response, apology, or any kind of explanation for this. Not only is the salesman dodging my calls but the "manager" will not answer nor call me back. I will be going to the BBB and my lawyer to resolve my issues. More

Purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox 2LT. Dealer had to find the car I wanted since there were certain options I wanted and did not want. It took a few days but they found the vehicle I wanted and the color. The original price quoted remained the same and included all incentives plus a reasonable price for my trade-in. The dealership had to trade for the car and they did, did not effect the price. Showroom was great and my car was waiting in an enclosed garage for me and my wife to inspect and learn its features. Free Starbucks and snacks. Another feature was the Service department hours - opened Monday thru Thursday until 3:00 AM. Great for those who work. For those who have great credit their finance group was able to me a very low rate, lower than I expected - under 1.9%. Suggest you check out McCluskey Chevy and their specials before buying a car. Don was quick and made my new car buying experience a great one. Delivered the car to me outside, showed my car features to me set up my onstar. Everything was great. Made sure I had every comfort of home while we waited which wasn't long. We were in and out in 3 hours. I've never bought a car that quick. Great job Don Butts I would recommend you as a sales person anytime. I even met Keith McClusky himself. The owner was even onsite. This is a great place to buy a new or pre owned car or truck.
