Very disappointed with how I was treated at this dealership. I made an appointment early in the day of arrival to look at a few of the vehicles they had in stock. When I arrived it was like I never dealership. I made an appointment early in the day of arrival to look at a few of the vehicles they had in stock. When I arrived it was like I never called. I was shuffled around to 3 different sales people, all of which said they had someone else that showed up after me. Finally I just said, you know what, I'm out. Apparently I wasn't dressed a certain way, or maybe because I'm a woman, but obviously they didn't take me very seriously. I came in pre-qualified and with cash. Now, I'm not sure I want to do business with a dealership that doesn't appreciate my business. Shame on you Roswell Infiniti. More

Drove over an hour just to waste my time. Sales guy was ok but when we were just a few dollars off from making a deal he decided his commission was more important. So I walked out and he got Sales guy was ok but when we were just a few dollars off from making a deal he decided his commission was more important. So I walked out and he got no commission. Went immediately to nissan of newnan and purchased my new truck. My advice is to shop around. If they won't work with you when your buying a vehicle, what makes you think they will care when you need it serviced. More
