Very efficient, the process of buying my SUV was quick and easy. Desiree was a dream. She told me everything about the car and how everything worked. She even sent me a tutorial on how to use my phone wit and easy. Desiree was a dream. She told me everything about the car and how everything worked. Overall I would rate them 5 star. Desiree told me that she was going to WOW me. I said to my wife that will never happen. There was actually no pressure. She was professional when we arrived and very knowledgeable. I had a vacation scheduled after I ordered the car, she kept me informed about the arrival of the CRV.
