We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you've had with your 2025 Santa Cruz and the ongoing delay in replacing its electric cooling fan. We understand how incredibly inconvenient and disappointing it is to have a brand new vehicle out of commission for so long, and we deeply regret the trouble this has caused you. We want to clarify that the extended wait for the correct part has been due to mispackaged parts received from the manufacturer. This is an issue that is unfortunately out of our direct control, but please know that we have been doing everything in our power to expedite the resolution. We've escalated your situation to the highest authorities at Hyundai Canada to push for the correct part to be sent as quickly as possible. We also want to assure you that your concern about where your Santa Cruz was purchased is unfounded. We value your business immensely, regardless of where you bought your vehicle.
