We travel a good distance (we don't live in Simi) to patronize this particular family-owned Honda dealership because they are worth it. Bottom line - they pride themselves on the customer leaving happy - whatever it takes. They don't play games and there are no surprises. When you arrive, you are not pounced upon by aggressive salespeople. Just the opposite - you are greeted like a friend and listened to. The "car salesperson" stereotype does not exist here.
