My husband and I are very selective when it comes to purchasing cars and finding both a dealership and a car that meets our standards is quite difficult. We were very fortunate to find this combination purchasing cars and finding both a dealership and a car that meets our standards is quite difficult. We were very fortunate to find this combination when we purchased our Acura RDX at Criswell Acura in Annapolis. The staff at this dealer was very helpful from the test drive to signing the purchase papers. Not being impulsive buyers, it took a few return trips and two test drives to determine this was the car we wanted to own and with each interaction with the staff, we realized this dealer truly cares about the customer and his/her needs. I was especially impressed with Lamont (the manager) and Angela A. (our salesperson) with regards to all the specifics associated with purchasing this car. I have since been back to experience the first maintenance visit and was happy with the attention afforded to me and my car. They even addressed a concern I had about the leather seats and took care of the problem that day. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in quality, professional customer care and great vehicles! More

This was the most pleasant, low key new car purchase that I have ever made. After I met with Mustafa one evening to show my wife the new RDX, it took a day or so to make a decision. During that time, I was never pestered or hassled in any way. When we were ready, I called him for some final arrangements. A few hours later, it was done. Too cool. Mustafa was very professional and calm in his approach. Not at all "salesman like". I did appreciate that. Also, Miss Dawn was a pure joy to deal with in the finance arena. I would recommend them to anyone I know for a new/used vehicle purchase. More

Stefano was very helpful and accommodating. When a club membership (USAA/AAA) was pointed out, Stefano quickly sought to make sure our quoted price reflected these discounts. Very professional. Also, we let him know up front we did not want all the bells, whistles, add-on's, service contracts, etc., and unlike other dealerships he honored that request. This is one reason why we do not do business at those dealerships. Overall, very satisfied with the visit and sale. More

I was a prior owner of a 2010 MDX and liked it very much. When given the opportunity to replace it with a new 2013 MDX with the same options at a very favorable price I took Mustafa Nasr up on the offer. The whole sale was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend Criswell and the MDX to my friends. I also own a 2010 Acura 3.2 TL so I was familiar with Criswell sales and service from my own personal experience. More

Everyone I came in contact in the dealership was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel that my business was the most important thing they had to do. Alan Hannon & David Robbins wer thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel that my business was the most important thing they had to do. Alan Hannon & David Robbins were especially good going above and beyond in my estimation. What I truly liked was their friendly manner with no questions asked whenever I brought up any issues or questions. They practically made me feel like family. I would strongly recommend Criswell Acura to anyone and certainly the type of service one can expect. More
