This was the 6th car we have bought from Criswell, 4 being preowned. Each time we have had nothing but a positive experience. After working with Alan Hannon for about 4 months to find a used TSX for o being preowned. Each time we have had nothing but a positive experience. After working with Alan Hannon for about 4 months to find a used TSX for our son, we finally found the perfect car for him! Alan and Stefano roll out the red carpet every time. Dawn is efficient with paperwork and everyone always has a smile! Stefano Rinaldi took the extra time to walk through the features of the car and made sure my son knew how everything worked. Buying a car can be a stressful event, but working with everyone at Criswell has never been anything short of pleasant! Thanks for a wonderful experience again! More

I was looking for a used car for a few months and came across a used Acura I saw on the internet and went into Criswell Acura for a test drive. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I received gr across a used Acura I saw on the internet and went into Criswell Acura for a test drive. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I received great customer service. I decided not to purchase a car that day but my sales consultant continued to keep in touch with me as I was interested in looking at another used car at the same dealership. The day prior to next visit, the car was sold. I decided to go in anyway and take another look at the initial car I was interested in. The initial car was not within my budget so when I was about to leave, they asked what other cars I would be interested in so they could keep in touch and let me know if they get a used car that I would like in the future. When I expressed the type of car and in the specific color I wanted, the manager stated he had just received a trade-in a few days prior. Perfect timing! It hadn't been reconditioned yet so it wasn't even available on the internet. I was asked to return after it was reconditioned, which I did. When I returned, it looked great and now the car is mine. It was great to have a team that was truly interested in making me happy and found the car I wanted! More

My overall experience at Criswell Acura was excellent! Stefano and Dawn made buying my first car a wonderful experience. They were honest, friendly, and even stayed after hours to finish the deal. Dawn made completing the paperwork a pleasurable experience. The workers who cleaned the car before I brought it home did a fantastic job. Even though it was an hour after closing, Stefano stayed to show me how to work some of the features of the car. He set my headlights to auto, synced my phone, and programmed my GPS. Criswell Acura was recommended to me by my neighbors. I will most definitely recommend it to others. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! More

Lamont Randall (Sales Manager), with whom I had the most contact, was truly outstanding. He answered all of my questions, worked out a deal we could both live with, and helped me to get in and out quickly. contact, was truly outstanding. This is my first Acura (previously owned Lexus for the last 10 years, and recently had a 2013 Toyota). The experience at Criswell Acura in Annapolis could not have been a better experience. I must admit I was skeptical about getting out of my trade with my head above water which was a 2013 Toyota I purchased from CarMax in Laurel - big mistake! Lamont assured me he would do what it takes to make me a customer and he did! Mustufa started the deal with a great price on the Acura and Dawn worked very hard to get me the best financing she could (unlike CarMax). I got a better car and my payment is LESS. I even purchased the CilaJet and extended warranty. When I picked up my car, it was absolutely beautiful. I'm glad I let my guard down and decided to pursue this car and dealership. So far I love the car and I will be in the Acura family for years to come. More

I recently purchased a 2013 Acura MDX. Everyone was definitely very helpful, courteous, and patient. After talking to them they knew exactly what I wanted before I knew. They assisted me with not only picking the right car for me but they assessed what my needs were efficiently. Angela and Lamont helped me "personalize" the best car for our family. Dawn was very nice also to work with. Her smile lit up the room and calmed me when I felt I was gonna sign "my life away"! All in all, I had a wonderful experience as before when I purchased my 2009 Acura TL from them. More

After some research on SUV's, we visited Criswell Acura in Annapolis to look at the RDX. Working with Stefano Rinaldi our Sales Consultant and Lamont Randall the Sales Manager was a great and pleasa Acura in Annapolis to look at the RDX. Working with Stefano Rinaldi our Sales Consultant and Lamont Randall the Sales Manager was a great and pleasant experience. Our first meeting was with Stefano who was very knowledgeable and personable to work with. Being an informed but "picky" consumer, they made the experience very smooth and enjoyable. After a few calls with Lamont and Stefano, we came to terms and they had the car ready - even the extras we had put in that evening when we arrived. The paperwork was handled efficiently and Dawn had everything ready for us to sign. Stefano synced our phones and showed us tips on setting up a lot of the options. I would highly recommend this dealership. Who knows when the 14 MDX comes out - might have to take another look. Thank you Stefano, Lamont and Dawn for all your help in making our first business deal with you a pleasant experience. More

Mustafa Nasr is the most professional salesman I have met in a long time. We handled the sale of my new RDX over phone/email and knowing my time constraints, the car and paperwork were ready when I arrived in a long time. Our first introduction to this dealership and Stefano was in Spring 2012. We were interested in purchasing a luxury SUV in 2012 and shopped around and studied the Acura, Lexus, Honda and Toyota SUV's throug in Spring 2012. We were interested in purchasing a luxury SUV in 2012 and shopped around and studied the Acura, Lexus, Honda and Toyota SUV's throughout the year. After reading, test driving, studying and researching, we decided the Acura RDX met our needs and working with Stefano and Lamont was wonderful. They did not give us a hard time and accommodated us and met out negotiating goals. It was an awesome experience and I would recommend working with this dealership anytime. They are fair and made us feel like they were genuinely looking out for our interest. More
