Came in, knew what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. From my first email forward everyone has been so helpful. They wasted no time in getting me the best deal, giving me tutorials on equipment spend. From my first email forward everyone has been so helpful. I love my new car and couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. When my brother saw Criswell on the car he said "hey that's my guy." I didn't remember that's where he went, but I remember he had a great experience too! More

I've been a Criswell sales and service customer for nearly 15 years, but while I gave high scores in the ratings above, for the record I was not prepared to actually purchase the car the day I did (Oct nearly 15 years, but while I gave high scores in the ratings above, for the record I was not prepared to actually purchase the car the day I did (October 14, 2013). While I was given the usual option to finance it, I reluctantly did as I felt obligated at that point since the offer I was given on my trade-in ('07 RL) was supposedly only valid for that day. I'm not sure if this is a standard dealership tactic to induce the customer to buy right then or not but did not feel entirely comfortable being pressured into the sale right away. I'd also like to add that I'm normally hesitant to buy a new car in its first model year. Perhaps I should have just waited a few more months which was my original plan. While I will continue to use Criswell for the car's service appointments, I may look elsewhere inthe future for the next new car sale. Since the sale, however, I've learned that one of my salesmen (yes, I had two - one for the test drive and one for the actual sale) was promoted to Finance Manager, so apparently I helped him "make his numbers." More

I will spare you the details. We are now driving our 2014 Acura RDX, made easy for us by Al Zayas, Lamont Randall and Dawn Harper. Al - because he has mastered the art of listening. Personable and gen 2014 Acura RDX, made easy for us by Al Zayas, Lamont Randall and Dawn Harper. Al - because he has mastered the art of listening. Personable and genuinely interested in providing solutions for his customers. Lamont - because he took his cue from Al to find the exact RDX we wanted rather than "force-feeding" us with an inventory model that came close. He found it, and the rest is history. And Dawn - because she was delightful to meet and talk with. Closing with her was not just painless, but pleasant. A great Criswell team that seemed to put 110% into their job, while making the dreaded experience very satisfying. More

My experience at Criswell Acura was a great one. I was able to get the vehicle (Acura MDX) I wanted for great price and a fair price on my trade-in. There was no haggling or going back and forth like most able to get the vehicle (Acura MDX) I wanted for great price and a fair price on my trade-in. There was no haggling or going back and forth like most dealerships, where they have you waiting around wasting your time. Alan and Vance were great. I felt like they actually cared and were not just trying make a sale. They even shared a home cooked lunch with me, since I was there during lunch time. Dawn was able to get me a fantastic APR, my own bank couldn't even beat it. Thanks again guys, we love our new car! More

The best dealership experience ever! No hard pitches, no playing with the numbers, no hassles, none, not one. The staff was very courteous and professional. My trade in was priced fairly and the sales price on the car I purchased was very competitive from the beginning. I was grateful we did not have to go back and forth and back and forth. One deal, fairly priced, done! I will definitely buy from Criswell again. I wrote that when I bought the car. Now 2 months later, the car is dead. I drove 1,221 miles and 61 days. The timing chain is broken and the engine must be replaced with a remanufactured. I am so disappointed in the entire event. I am 989 miles over the Honda powertrain warranty and 221 miles over the Criswell warranty. I must now rely on the extended warranty. I asked Criswell for a "do- over". They told me my car was worthless now. They did offer me a loaner while my engine is replaced in their shop, but the GM Mike O'Neill doesn't want to "diddle daddle" with me over this issue while I have his loaner car. DIDDLE DADDLE! His exact words. Boy do I wish I could talk to Mr. Criswell about this. Ive left messages. More
