We negotiated a great price prior to our arrival and were so pleased that there was absolutely no game playing or further negotiation when we arrived. The car was ready, the paperwork was exactly as we expected it to be and Frank and Lamont were a true pleasure to work with. Frank did a great job explaining all the car features. Financing with Dawn was also quick and seamless. We drove an hour to Criswell to get the color car we wanted and next time we will drive to the same dealer just because the great service was worth the trip. More

Knowing I needed a new vehicle, Ellen and Dana helped me with a loaner for a few days. Frank C. helped me research all my lease and purchase options. I discussed those options with Lamont, who assisted me with such kindness (over a cup of coffee). Frank and I went for a great test drive. He explained many of the features of the vehicle. I felt like my Criswell family was looking out for me. Even Dawn H. was friendly during the transfer of tags and financial transaction. Criswell not only gave me fair market value for my trade in, they also gave me a discount as a loyal Acura customer. From service to procurement, Criswell excelled in every way. I was just looking I went to Criswell to look at an Acura that I had seen online and was immediately greeted warmly by Alan. He walked me to the very car that I had seen I went to Criswell to look at an Acura that I had seen online and was immediately greeted warmly by Alan. He walked me to the very car that I had seen online and gave me the vehicle information that I had no idea about while my sales associate, Kae was finishing up with another client. Since the car that I came to actually see was inside the showroom, Alan found the exact same car on the lot so that I could test drive it. Kae came out and we were on the road. Kae was very patient and unlike most dealers that I have had in the past, she was calm and quiet and allowed me a minute to really enjoy my ride and connect with the car. Upon returning to the showroom, we went into a seamless transaction and before I knew it, I had been converted from a looker into a buyer. The team was in NO WAY pushy or aggressive or overwhelming to me. I was given loads of information and because she has so much product knowledge, Kae easily answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. Alan made me feel as though I was a special guest in his home and constantly checked on me to ensure that I was comfortable while the transaction was being completed. Upon signing, Dawn was so friendly and was in no way overbearing about the additional options, just informative. At the end, Kae helped me get my phone working and synced everything so that I was comfortable, including calling Sirus and activating my radio for me. Kae and Alan even made sure that I scheduled time to return to ensure that I was able to use all of the tools that the vehicle had to offer and that I was comfortable with them or had any questions.This was the BEST experience that I have ever had and I would never purchase another Acura from anywhere else. Anyone looking to purchase an Acura would be completely happy to shop with Criswell. More
