I searched high and low on the internet for a great price on a low-mileage, used MDX and Criswell had one. Vance contacted me and worked with me on the price to get me into my comfort zone and I then went in to see the car. Everything was perfect including a very fair price. Vance also introduced me to Alan Hannon who helped on the pricing and also gave me a great deal of background on the car including maintenance work Criswell had just performed, well ahead of the recommended maintenance schedule, saving me a substantial amount of money over the next few years. Dawn Harper was very helpful as well!! These guys are the real deal, they are as nice as can be and project an awesome image for Criswell. I will be back to Criswell and you should go there as well!!! A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! More

Most folks I know dread the "ordeal" of buying a car. Setefano made the entire experience a pleasure! I was, in fact, not looking forward to the thought of buying a car myself. I was in need of a new car- quickly. The Honda Accord I was driving, while in great shape and low mileage for a 2007, but it had a 6-speed manual transmission. Not a problem until a knee injury, and pending surgery made it painful to drive. I have had to deal with a number of daunting tasks in the last few months as I lost my husband of 36 years recently. Buying this car was the first time ever I had to do this on my own. Stefano was extremely sensitive to my situation and made everything painless from start to finish. I truly feel like I made a friend in Stephano! He sat in the car and gave me a guided tour throughout the vehicle, and followed up with me several times. Dawn Harper, in finance,was great- very efficient. Manager Lamont Randall was very helpful and kind as well. Thank you ALL for making this a stress free car buying experience!! More

Stefano Rinadli was the sales person that greeted us and worked with us. We told him we were just testing cars but would have an answer one way or the other soon. He didn't try to push us into the car, asked questions, listened to the strange things I wanted in a car and it was a very good experience. I always dread the car buying scenario but this time it was effortless. I appreciated the time he gave me when I when to buy my car last night and felt the Stefano was very knowledgeable. They found the car I was looking I purchased a used Acura MDX from Kevin Kramer and Alan Hannon at Criswell and my overall experience was tremendous. They found the car I was looking for, had it ready for me to inspect and test drive when I arrived and were great to work with. I never felt any pressure to buy as they were more concerned with me getting a car that fits my need. They were open and honest about the vehicle and even provided me with their service records for the car. Alan Hannon has coached my son’s baseball team for 7 years now so I’ve always known him to be tremendously generous with his time and just a stand-up individual on the baseball field. However, his integrity also carries over into his professional career as my experience could not have been better. It was comforting buing a used car from someone as trustworthy as Alan. More

Although the car I was purchasing was a 4 year old Can't say enough in praise for the great job done by my salesperson, Kae Engel, at Criswell Acura. Although the car I was purchasing was a 4 year old Honda Accord, I was treated the same as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. Kae was welcoming, personable and thoroughly professional in her handling of the sale. Her knowledge of cars in general and of the particular car I was buying was awesome and extremely helpful. She spent a good part of the afternoon going over all the features and functions this car had to offer, patiently responding to all my questions and comments. Additionally, all the other staff at Criswell that I came in contact with, either in person or on the phone, were always friendly, courteous and helpful. Based on my buying experience, I would certainly recommend Criswell Acura to anyone. The car was priced very appropriately and fairly, without the need for any further dealing. I'm glad I made the 70 mile trip from Frederick to make this purchase. Great job, Kae and Criswell. More
