Both were ve My wife and I had a truly great experience buying our Acura RDX. Our salesman Vance and the Sales Manager Alan were a joy to work with. Both were very helpful answering my many questions. We did not feel any pressure purchasing our vehicle. We received a great deal and got a really good trade in value for our car. The entire process went smoothly. After the sale, both Vance and Alan spent a lot of time going over all the cars features. We came back in a week later to have Splash Guards added, and when we were finished with the Service Department, Alan and Vance spent another hour going back over many of the car's features and setting up our personal settings. We will both be returning to this dealership in the future thanks to both Vance and Alan. Also, Dawn in the Finance Department was friendly and very efficient and completed the process quickly. More

Buying my new RDX was fun and easy! I just bought my new RDX from Criswell Acura in Annapolis. I feel so happy! Honestly, I was really putting buying a new car off because I thought it I just bought my new RDX from Criswell Acura in Annapolis. I feel so happy! Honestly, I was really putting buying a new car off because I thought it would be such a hassle, but, my salesman Vance Ellis made everything so quick and easy. He seemed just as excited for me as I was to be getting a brand new car. He explained all the features, did all the paperwork and helped me with a trade in. Also Alan Hannon, the sales manager gave me a very fair price for my trade in. Dawn, in the finance department explained all options that were available. I just left my old car and drove away in my beautiful new one. So easy and no stress! Diane Kyle More

He is the reason I bought my car from this dealership...I felt I could trust him. Lamont was the second reason I felt comfortable making the deal. He treated me with respect and I did not feel pushed to make any decision I was not prepared to make. He was direct and thorough. Dawn was calm and friendly. She made me feel comfortable as we finalized the financing of the car. While she offered many options, she did not push me to take them, which I appreciate. I have one minor issue with the entire experience--and that is being asked to commit to making a deal sooner than I planned to. I appreciate that I was given a good deal on the price, however, I wish that car dealers would respect our personal timeframes and not pressure us to buy by a certain day. I suppose this is the American way, but I don't understand how it helps customers feel better about the experience. My star ratings reflect this distaste on my part, but I do not hold the individuals I worked with responsible for this. More
