I went to the Criswell Acura dealership only to check on the pre-owned cars which were advertised on the internet. I was still in the investigative mode when I was approached by sales person Kymberly Dunnin the pre-owned cars which were advertised on the internet. I was still in the investigative mode when I was approached by sales person Kymberly Dunning. Ms Dunning was very patient and extremely informative on the three different vehicles that I was looking at. After a test drive and demonstration of the vehicles features, I was sold and ready to become a proud owner of a 2008 TL. I then met with Dawn Harper, the finance manager who was more than helpful in assisting me in choosing the correct warranties and options to purchase along with the vehicle. Ms Harper went above the norm when she gave me her personal advice which ultimately led to the best financial decisions I could make in the purchase. As the car was delivered, Ms Dunning noticed the floor mats were in substandard condition, and promised a brand new set. I have to admit that dealing with Ms Dunning and Ms Harper definitely led to the decision for me to buy this car. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone. More

My encounter with Criswell Acura began with Dwayne and from the very start he was very sympathetic and helpful regarding the untimely circumstances that placed me in the car buying market. Dwayne turned an awful experience with another vehicle into a positive that left my husband and I completely satisfied with the decision to move forward with my Acura purchase. From the very first evening, Dwayne recognized our reservations but was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Lamont Randall was equally helpful in presenting our best options for financing and his patience and willingness to help us in our difficult circumstances was very appreciated. Lamont even accepted a phone call from us while was on vacation, that gesture made us feel like our best interests were first and foremost to the dealership as a whole. Beth, thanks for explaining so well, all the different line items during the closing deal. My husband and I definitely walk away much happier than when we arrived. Thanks for such great teamwork!
