Our situation was somewhat unique in that my mother's old car engine seized. My mother is "almost elderly" and needed a car immediately and she did not want new. After searching on the internet, I called Bourne Auto Sales and immediately place a deposit. A few days later my mother and I visited Bourne and met David Olson. David did not give a hard sell and was not pushing. He allowed us to test drive the car and he addressed a few issues with scratches. The body work to remove the scatches and chips was first rate. The car looked new. Here's where Bourne and David Olson exceeds other used car dealers. My mother was hospitalised a few days before we were to pick up the car. I called the dealership to explain, at no time was there any threat to return the deposit. Understand, they held the car well over 2 weeks almost 3 weeks with only a deposit as we were not financing, they had no guarantee we were going to buy the car other than a verbal promise. Today, we picked up her. They processesed all the paperwork (insurance, registration, etc) no hard sell on a warrantee (hate that). It was a smoothe and easy transaction. My "almost elderly" mother did not feel intimated and she was treated with respect without schmooze (which she hates). It was a pleasure to deal with David Olsen and Bourne Auto. I would recommend them to family and friends. More

My experience with Bourne's was everything it should of been and more when purchasing my first vehicle. The salesman that I was working with throughout my purchase was David Olson and he couldn't of been more helpful. I was new to the entire process but Dave made each step clear and precise so that I understood EXACTLY what I was buying and how I was going to purchase the vehicle. He even took the time out of his day to continuously keep me updated via e-mail and telephone with my bank as well as my insurance agency. I would highly recommend Bourne's Auto in South Easton, Massacusetts for purchasing a vehicle. More

My wife was looking to purchase a 2008 Infiniti G and we found a number of good ones to select from at Bourne's. Our budget was tight--and she really wanted red--so David Olson kept us in mind as Bourne co found a number of good ones to select from at Bourne's. Our budget was tight--and she really wanted red--so David Olson kept us in mind as Bourne continued to locate cars for their lot. David found ours within a week. Dave reserved the red G35X for us over the phone (small good-faith deposit via credit card that is refunded without question if we didn't want the car). The car was clean, quiet and a drove well. We shook hands and completed the sale. Shawn Saunders helped us beat our own bank's pre-approved finance terms. He explained everything very patiently and clearly. We experienced an odd noise from the car's fan after we selected a weird combo of defrost, heat, A/C, window or something. It was not anything that we picked up on during the test drive--nor would Bourne have probably done too in their preparation process. Regardless, we called David Olson, he said "no problem bring it in when you can." I made an appointment with Mike Clark and Mike's team replaced the fan without delay or any charges. Dave, Shawn and Mike couldn't have been more helpful, professional and wonderful to deal with. No pressures or funny business. I'm convinced that if you don't see the exact car that you're looking for on the web that Bourne's will be able to locate it for you and continue to sell it to you at a fair price. The G35X has been absolutely fantastic. (purchased 8 months ago... yeah, I procrastinate a little, but I purposely wanted some time to pass before I wrote a review). I have been telling anyone and everyone who is looking for a used car to head directly to Bourne's. I know that I'll be returning when it's my turn for a vehicle. More

David Olson was great to work with, easy, got me the information I needed quickly and didn't put any pressure to make the sale. I was looking for a couple of months for a certain car in a certain price range and Bourne's had one with a great price. I'd highly recommend this dealership and David !!!! More

David Olson is a true professional. We have purchased, over the years, 30 or more cars and this was our second purchase from your company. We dealt with David for the first time 2 years ago of which we purchased a used car from him. Fortunately, we were very satisfied with the vehicle and decide to come back and purchase another car from David. We have had the new car for one week and everything we asked of David to do for us with the purchase of the car was done to perfection. This is a hassle free used car dealer. They had a great selection of Honda Accords. David Olson was great, he was great to deal with and didn't pressure us. After recently deciding I wanted to purchase a Cadillac STS, I did some research online to find a dealership that not only had the vehicle, but also received favorable reviews by other consumers. The variety of inventory available was impressive and I like the "no haggle" pricing. It's a lot easier to know what you are going to pay upfront rather than having to go back and forth a few times before agreeing on a price and still not really knowing if you got the lowest price. David Olson was very friendly and easy to work with. No pressure at all. He answered every question I had promptly and professionally. Shawn Saunders handled the financial transaction, and he also was friendly and very easy to work with. My experience at Bourne's was positive, and I would recommend them to any consumer looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I was in the market for a used car and had heard great things about Bourne's and Dave Olson specifically. Checked their website prices first and went in knowing which cars I wanted to drive. Customer service was exceptional and there was zero pressure, no cheap sales tactics, and I was able to find a great price on an '08 Civic that perfectly fit my needs and financing that worked well within my budget. I couldn't have had a better experience and I'd recommend them first to any one of my friends/family. More

My experience at Bourne Auto Center was terrific. From my first step into the dealership, to driving out of the lot with my purchase on the same day!
