My experience in buying a car At Bourne's over the past three or four weeks was nothing like that at all. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone - no "I gotta talk to my manager" stuff - nothing like that. They were patient with me with no annoying follow-up phone calls while I tried several cars before deciding on one of the ones they had. When I finally settled on the car, they allowed me to take it to my mechanic, who found some issues, including pointing out some damage to the front bumper cover. Bourne's has a service and body repair facility right there and they took care of all of the minor issues to my satisfaction, including replacing the bumper cover at no additional cost. They are straightforward with the pricing - no hassle, which essentially means "This is the price". I like that. At the time of the actual sale, the finance person outlined three options for extra protection packages for sale with the car, but there was no pressure to buy them - just information provided. The one small hitch in the whole deal was they were unable to get the insurance stamp for the registration transfer to the car I purchased, but they solved that problem with a creative solution so I could take the car home anyway. Everyone I encountered there was very friendly. I recommend them without any reservation whatsoever. More

John was very helpful, searching all Bourne's cars for ones that I might like, offering me options, and quickly throwing a plate on both cars I wanted to test drive. I came home, researched for better deals (there are none! Bournes prices are very competitive!), researched the dealer ratings, slept on it, then ultimately purchased a Maxima. Excited about the car, I contacted John several times and he replied to all calls/emails in a timely manner and was courteous and professional. When it came time to talk numbers, I insisted on having my trade-in paid off and I felt like John pushed to make that happen. I knew I was getting a great deal on the Maxima and my trade in was paid off (except for $13) so I was very satisfied with pricing and their willingness to satisfy my demands. When I sat down with Carlos and Dave O to finalize the deal, they discussed all options available for financing and warrantees, and then adjusted numbers as appropriate to get me into a price range I wanted in a loan term I was comfortable with. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Bourne's auto! I even had a client notice my license plate holder and say "I've purchased 3 cars from them! All great experiences!" That gave me extra confidence that I'm working with the right dealer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bourne's to anyone on the market. More

Their pricing on my 2012 Civic LX crushed the high profile dealerships, and was also under the KBB min! Our sales rep David Olson not only got the car professionally detailed, but he put it through the body shop repairing every cosmetic scuff and scratch on the car, returning it to showroom condition. He then delivered it to my front door step the day before Thanksgiving in a snowstorm! Andrew Gesner found me financing at 1/2 of the rate I pre qualified for AND he got my son on the loan who was 1000 miles away at school. What a great group of people. They put me, as a person, above the sale the vehicle, meeting all my needs. This is how cars should be sold. I am a customer for life! More

From the second I walked into the office I was made to feel like I was a friend. John told me about the vehicle that I was thinking of. When I say he told me about it I mean everything. I have dealt with a lot of car dealers in my life and they all talked so fast and would not listen to or answer any questions I had. That is not what happened when I dealt with both John and Andrew, they listed and even helped me get everything done in one day. I will recommend both of them to anyone that is looking for a used vehicle. If you are in the market for car and want a great deal without the usual car salesman garbage go to them. More

David Olson deserves a raise. I am not surprised that Bourne's has continued to grow, year after year. My new Infiniti is the second car that I have purchased and I will continue I am not surprised that Bourne's has continued to grow, year after year. My new Infiniti is the second car that I have purchased and I will continue to buy my car's from Bourne's forever. David Olson is exceptional with his level of service and he is very easy to deal with. I have recommended numerous friends to Bourne's and all have had similar experiences and are all equally thrilled with their vehicles and their dealings with all employees. More

I purchased a car from Dave Olson who was really helpful in answering all my questions about what would be the right car for me. Also Shaun was great deal with and got us a great rate and a nice low monthl in answering all my questions about what would be the right car for me. When my pregnant wife and I went to pick up the car we had a quite the adventure as my wifes water broke right there in the showroom. We knew we had time to get to the hospital but I think Dave wasn't to sure so he ran out the door and quickly changed our plates and got the new ones on and pulled the car right out front. We made it to the hospital in plenty of time and now have a healthy baby boy and for being so helpful and springing to action his middle name is David ( thanks again Dave if you read this). All in all the people at Bournes will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thanks again guys. Ps sorry to Dan for having him have to wipe up my wifes little spill lol. More
