"No Hassle" The best car buying experience i have ever had. Jess was kind and patient and listened to what i wanted. She didn't try to push me into just any car. It was awesome to have dealt with someone with such a cheerful personality. David was also great very informative on what i was signing and how much everything costs. He made sure i understood what i was signing and what i had available to me for services. Easy and painless These guys are awesome. I was on a time crunch to find a new car for a new job. I called about one i saw online and checked it out later that day and These guys are awesome. Car was ready the next day for me, only because i didn't bring my plates with me. As a car guy I can say its an honest car and a fair price. Superb Customer Service After Having a horrible experience where I walked out of VW Gallery in Norwood, arriving into Bourne's Auto Center was a welcoming change of atmospher After Having a horrible experience where I walked out of VW Gallery in Norwood, arriving into Bourne's Auto Center was a welcoming change of atmosphere. From the receptionist, to Jose Garcia our sales person, to Dave Olson our Finance manager and Kim Bailey when we picked up the truck. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The price of the Truck was extremely fair and the "No Hassle" way of business is something I appreciate after doing research on the 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck, which had more options installed than what I was originally looking at at the other dealer. I ended up buying from Bourne's Auto Center with great satisfaction to the experience and price. More
