NO NEGATIVITY...A GREAT EXPERIENCE! No Negativity... that's what a sign says on one of the people's desks I dealt with at Bourne's. And it pretty much summed up the entire experience in No Negativity... that's what a sign says on one of the people's desks I dealt with at Bourne's. And it pretty much summed up the entire experience in buying a previously owned TLX there this week. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered questions and followed through on every aspect of the process...from test drive to registration...with the same high level of courtesy and efficiency. It may seem obvious that when making a major purchase, you should be treated with a certain level of respect and professionalism...but too often, that is not the case. But at Bourne's, a lot of thought has obviously gone into the customer's experience...even the Center's open layout with a kitchen to get yourself a cup of coffee while considering your choices...it all contributes to a great experience. At Bourne's you are being well taken care of. And I haven't even started on our fabulous new car...our mechanic couldn't find a single thing wrong with it. Because A+ people will, undoubtedly, deal with A+ products. I highly recommend them. More

If it wasn't for this type of service I would not have bought the car. I'd been to a number of dealerships and there was no comparison in any category, price, service, honesty, and just helping me get what I wanted. I also bought an extended warranty because of Davids honesty. I told him about the low ratings the warranty company had on line when I checked them out. They trust you enough to let you test drive a vehicle on your own which is very nice. No price haggling which is different from other dealerships. How you feel about that depends on how you buy vehicles. The car I purchased was below market value, so I was okay with that. Very smooth company operation. They handle most of the work with insurance and financing when buying the vehicle. Waiting times in the lobby are acceptable. The employees were very friendly and helpful when filling out information. More

Derrick answered all of my questions, put me in the exact vehicle I wanted, and got the sale put in motion quickly and easily.
