Service was phenomenal and staff was professional and courte I walked into Bournes knowing what i wanted but unsure of what i was going to find. I was greeted by a warm staff and a sales woman by the name of Sue I walked into Bournes knowing what i wanted but unsure of what i was going to find. I was greeted by a warm staff and a sales woman by the name of Sue smiled at my family and I. She welcomed us to Bournes and asked what brought us in today. After explaining why i was there and what i was looking for Sue went above and beyond to make sure i got what i wanted and was looking for. She was not pushy(as some dealership sales people can be) 'impatient, rude, or not understanding. She showed that she really cared about me and was not just in it to make a sale. After some consideration and helping me narrow it down i chose a 2017 nissan altima. Then came the hard part. Payment for the car. David in finance was also extremely courteous caring and professional as Sue was. He broke down every part of the finance paperwork making sure i ubderstood everything abd that the payments were affordable for me. He also made sure that my parents understood as well as my parents do not have English as their first langauge. Sue was also very kind to my parents involving them in the chouce of the car too. I left that night with not only a new car but also with a new dealership. Will be going back to Bournes for all my car needs and recommend them to any one. GREAT JOB Sue and David. More
