Made the car buying process easy We were looking for a pre-owned 4wd SUV for $15-20. Most dealerships had a about 1-2 to choose from. Borne had so many to choose from. I emailed Caroline some of the cars we were interested in and they had them ready when we got there. There was no pressure, a very laid back sales approach by Mark who stayed calm and happy as we moved our car seat to 4 different vehicles. Dave Olson knows his stuff and helped make the process easy. Growing family A co-worker put me in touch with his friend who I previously attended a Pats game with. His name was Russ (Burnham) and he told me if I didn't find wh A co-worker put me in touch with his friend who I previously attended a Pats game with. His name was Russ (Burnham) and he told me if I didn't find what I was looking for in their inventory, he would allocate it for me. My wife was looking for a Ford Explorer and she found one she was interested in after looking online at Bourne Auto. We went down to the dealership on a Saturday and we test drove a few different models. Our sales rep Jose Molina was extremely friendly and patient (we had our 6 month old son with us). Jose was the polar opposite of every pushy car salesperson we've encountered at other dealerships during this process (we've been looking for a few months). My wife really liked the Explorer she drove and we were given a very fair trade offer for our trade-in. Jose Garcia assisted with a few additional conversations that took place over the next few days and 5 days after we visited Bourne Auto for the first time we were buying a 2016 Ford Explorer! I've purchased many vehicles over the years and not every experience is as exciting and hassle free as this experience was. Buying a car should be a great experience and at Bourne Auto it really was. As the adage says 'happy wife, happy life'! More
