After looking at some replacement options with Alex and the offer of a great trade-in value, I left the dealership in a 2022 Mercedes. Alex reminded me of my former, now-retired salesman, Bruce Parker. I think Alex paid close attention to Bruce on how to treat his customers. I was very impressed with Alex. Thanks so much Alex! Excellent Customer Service I made an appointment with Parke Stafford to have my Mercedes airbags replaced due to a recall.
