Daniel Victory - Great Service I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an ap I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an appointment for 11 am that same day. Based on my conversation, the service technician said it sounded like a faulty battery. When I arrived a the service center there was no record of my appointment and the service person said I could leave the car and come back. I was upset. Daniel Victory at that point stepped in and said he would get the car serviced right away. Within 45 minutes he had replaced the battery and I was on my way home. He was very professional and saved what could have been a very poor customer experience. I want to thank him for acting so promptly and turning the experience into a very positive one. I made an appointment and Lily Johnson was waiting at the service line, I made it on time, they took the truck in right away, took care of what it needed, done deal on my way!!! My advice is if you are going to spend your hard earned cash on a new vehicle, let the Pros at Walker take care of it. Why take chances with your investment, and your safety....
