Therefore, I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with Dan and Walker Ford. As service assessments' go, of course after the assessment Dan called me to share the results of the mechanical assessment and next steps - Dan's clear communications and guidance helped me to make an informed decision to have the additional service also completed. I had been dealing with the problem since I bought the car. I took the car to "other" Ford dealers and never fixed it like Walker Ford. My car is better now than when I bought it. After given the estimate for rear differential repairs, Service Advisor Daniel Victory expressed that he would do his best to squeeze me in. Within 2 hours, repairs were completed and I was driving away. That is great customer service!!! More
