My service was scheduled with Dan, but Steve took care of me once I arrived. Steve even noticed I had a free service still in my account. They were both exceptional! Steve noticed Dan was at lunch when my ca me once I arrived. Steve even noticed I had a free service still in my account. They were both exceptional! Steve noticed Dan was at lunch when my car was finished, so he gave me a call to let me know. Dan was very nice and made sure everything was taken care of for me. Thank you to them both!! More

Would have given five except service neglected to check and adjust air pressures of tires after rotating wheels. Following morning warning light signaled “Low”. Took to nearby maintenance point. I brought my truck into Walker Ford to have the oil changed and tires rotated I was told they couldn't rotate the tires because the Ford lug nuts or swollen and if they had a hard time getting the lug changed and tires rotated I was told they couldn't rotate the tires because the Ford lug nuts or swollen and if they had a hard time getting the lug nuts off they had no new lug nuts in stock to be able to replace them with. Yet 7 days earlier I had another shop install a 2in leveling kit front and rear of truck they had no problem taking all tires off of the truck and putting them back on. More

Set appointment because I had other engagements later that day. Upon arrival the service rep informed me it was a 90-120 minute wait. The visit ended up being almost 3 hours. that day.
